Free Popup Barre Class with Barre Forte at the St Pete Pier!

Join us for some outdoor sweaty fun!  Barre is Small, precise movements typically with smaller weights or body weight and designed to quickly burn out the muscles of the body with “pulses and tucks”.  We will work all four quadrants of the body in this 45 minute class, including, arms, legs, glutes and core/back!  Find out why people always say, “Barre is HARD”!
