Body Combat Workout w/ the YMCA

Join the YMCA at the new St. Pete Pier for a FREE outdoor group exercise class. This month, we’re offering a LES MILLS™ BODYCOMBAT workout, group-led by our instructors Eileen H., David L., Sue L., Jennifer G., and Lin P. Y Members and Non-Members are welcome to attend.This class will be held in the area called Pier Plaza. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Develop coordination and release stress. Destroy calories as you punch, kick, block and strike. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group. No experience needed – you can adjust a BODYCOMBAT workout to suit, and our instructors always show options to work at your own level. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
