Movement Monday is a free, weekly, sober, and family-friendly community event at the St. Pete Pier held every Monday from 7–9 PM.

Founded in July 2023, it combines music, flow arts, and dance, featuring local DJs to promote wellness and connection in a, safe, positive, and, high-energy, atmosphere.
